With a diverse background that includes consulting roles at McKinsey & Company and independent consultancy, along with degrees from UC Berkeley, University of Edinburgh, and Tsinghua University, Yvette's journey is a testament to resilience, purpose, and the power of advocacy.

In this episode, Yvette takes us through her journey from starting swimming at age three to narrowly missing the Olympics twice before finally representing Hong Kong in Rio. She shares profound insights on overcoming depression, handling immense pressure, and redefining success as progress over perfection.
